in first,thank you for your work,it's fine !
but i have any problems,the fader,the mute and the transport don't work !

can you help me please?!

Hi,

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles. You’re saying that everything is working except for the fader, mute and transport? Or is nothing working? Secondly, is this the first time you’re settings NPKLive up or has it been setup before?

Hi,

the fader, mute and transport don't working that sure ! i think that the other working well !
I had buy this patch yesterday , it's the first time i'm settings NPKLive...

Hi,

In that case, it sounds like a settings issue. If you’re sure you’ve got everything set up according to NPKLive’s manual, please post a screenshot of the MIDI/Sync tab in Live. You can either post it here or send it to support.

Hi,

Thanks for the screenshot. Your settings are incorrect. They should be exactly as shown in the manual.

1. MPD32 should not be selected as a control surface…MackieControl should be selected.
2. Under MIDI Ports, only the Track and Remote switches should be turned on for “In From MIDI Yoke: 1”.
