Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure on that as I'm not too familiar with Studio One. You could try playing around with the mapping for the Mackie Control play button, which you can find in MackieControl.surface.xml.
in fact i would like to send a play message from the play button at the first push and a stop message at the second push (with light stopping) .. but i must admit i'm unable to change any command line... if you have an idea If not, thanks a lot to have point that to me Best regards. Sylvain
I'm trying to use MCU control in Studio One 3.5, with MCU in PXT General, on Windows 8.1. I'm having issues with the V-Pots resolution; when turning Push encoders clockwise trying to increase values the increase is in increments of 2; when rotating the encoders anticlockwise to decrease values, the decrease is in increments of 32. I also don't seem to be getting any screen feedback on the Push. My set up in Studio One is: Mackie Control Sending and receiving from PXT General 2. Any help greatly appreciated.
Do you have the Fixed MCU option selected in the User Assignments Editor? If not, that would likely be the problem. Otherwise, please post a troubleshooting log from PXT-General, which you can create via the MIDI Settings Editor. Also, post a screenshot (or multiple if needed) that shows all of the settings that you're using for PXT-General and Push ports in Studio One.
I've recently come back to Studio One and am using PXT General with Fixed MCU. Unfortunately I am unable to access the mixer volume controls via the Push 1 encoders when in Fixed MCU. Am I missing something?
